Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all origin and destination freight costs into SAP system . Oversee the gathering of multiple supplier multi modal rate updates each month . Facilitation of ad-hoc quotations for non-standard freight activities as required . Output of supplier purchase orders and reconciliation of supplier invoices to POs .
